Puzzle of Life

I have heard it said that life is not a puzzle but an ongoing journey of awakening - one we travel at our own pace. 

My experience felt different.

Seeing my life as a puzzle to be solved, rather than something to endure, helped me make sense of the profound transformation I experienced in the spring of 2018.

Explaining that shift to others, however, was far more difficult. As a visual thinker, I created a chart to accompany Lightworker - a way to map my path to peace and illustrate what I now see as the “puzzle of life.”

Inspired by elements of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, the chart brings heart and mind together, highlighting what I believe is the missing piece/peace: Unconditional Love.

Love is widely misunderstood. Because of this, its true power is often overlooked and is, as such… missing.

Before a shift in consciousness, love can feel unstable - something that changes depending on our emotions or the behavior of others. In this form, it can wound as easily as it heals.

But from an awakened perspective, Unconditional Love is constant. It does not fluctuate. It uplifts, steadies, and restores.

The source of Unconditional Love is Divine Love - an energy powerful beyond all human imagining. Divine Love has the power to heal, to transform, to liberate, and to unite.

The great and terrible irony is that this energy exists within each and every one of us. So, while it is not actually missing, the golden key to self-actualization remains unseen behind a grey wall of ego.

The good news is that we already have everything we need. Every piece of the puzzle is present. We simply need to put them together.

Now…take another look at the puzzle.

Imagine removing the darkest piece at the bottom - Core Shame.

Once that piece is gone, the negative thoughts connected to shame are also gone - suffering, coping, questioning, integrating - leaving a vast empty space that is instantly and effortlessly filled with the energy of Love. By changing a core belief from negative to positive, you open the door to Divine Love. You return to your natural state of being and are flooded with relief, inner wisdom, clarity, joy, and peace.

By turning my back on the darkness of my ego and choosing Self-Love, I reunited all aspects of myself with Source Energy, which enabled radical personal transformation, individuation, and enlightenment. 

Did I solve the puzzle of life? Or simply my own?

Either way, the outcome was profound. And I believe it’s possible for you, too.

Life is not something to endure.

It is a puzzle to be solved.
