This photo was taken in 2018, not long after my shift out of 3D consciousness. Not having known me ‘before’, you may not notice anything out of the ordinary, but I can see it clearly. This is me…the real me…alight with joy, contentment, wellness, and peace, fully aligned with my highest Self, at one with the Universe…and still enjoying a crisp glass of Pinot Grigio.

When I’m not out and about, you can find me at the Vancouver Racquets Club taking part in the Badminton BC Masters Tournament Circuit and competing at local, provincial and national levels. The love for badminton began at 5 years old, barefoot in the backyard, but serious coaching took me through junior club tournaments and high school team competitions. Upon graduation, a 30-year hiatus allowed time for career and family, until a yearning for my sport led me to Anna Rice. This two-time Olympian and internationally-respected badminton ambassador became my coach and mentor, transforming me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If it hadn’t been for Anna, I wouldn’t be here today.

It has been 7 years since the death of my ego, and I still find myself waking up every morning with a smile on my face and love in my heart…absolutely overflowing with gratitude.

My only wish is to share this gift of inner peace with everyone.
