Play…
“Play, unlike games, is inherently open-ended, without purpose or end goal, governed not by the will to win a point but by the willingness to surrender to a locus of experience and be transformed by it.”
This quote, from The Marginalian by Maria Popova, resonated strongly with my breakthrough and subsequent reconnection with my inner child. It points to the importance of play in our lives and how a sense of wonder and reverence is linked closely with the soul (5D), as opposed to the idea of games, which is tied to a more egoic mindset (3D).
The quote also reminded me of a significant download, received five months after my shift out of 3D. A download so clearly interpreted and channeled through my inner child, that I meant to include it at the end of Lightworker, thinking, “that’s where happy endings belong.” However, I opted to omit this text, maintaining concerns that the message would come across as ‘fantastical,’ and also thinking, “who needs a happy ending when we can change our minds and have a happy beginning?”
A few months ago, I watched an Emilio Ortiz interview (Dr Joe Dispenza: Unlock Your LIMITLESS Future in 5th Dimension & Access SOURCE of ALL Creation) where Dr Joe Dispenza shared his visions for the future of humanity, which so strongly resembled mine that I regretted holding back this piece of writing from my book. So, to satisfy my spirit guides who had pushed firmly to have me convey this message, I’m happy to share it with you now:
Play (as downloaded and journalled in August 2018)
I woke up this morning with the realization that perhaps this is all a game. I think life’s purpose is to play and enjoy this amazing planet we live on with all its wonders and gifts. When I re-discovered my true Self on April 5, all I wanted to do was go out and play...ride my bike, play badminton, meet up with friends and family, go for a walk in the sunshine - just get out and live life joyfully. Nothing else mattered.
Obviously, this is not reality, and stating that life is a game may come across as naive or even insensitive as there are so many people who are living with extreme suffering. But if you can “play” for a moment and use your imagination - try to see what life might be like if all of us could re-discover our true selves….
The fear and confusion would be gone. Each person on the planet would know exactly what he or she was meant to be doing. A farmer might discover she was meant to be a doctor, or a teacher might see that he was a singer. Some clever souls will discover that they were already doing what they were meant to do and return to their work with renewed purpose. Because the desire for prestige and money would be gone...the pushing and shoving to get to the top would also be gone. Greed would not exist. People would share and help each other. The ones who were meant to be in politics would do what’s best and make choices to benefit the well-being of the entire community - a job that would practically do itself, because when you re-discover your true self, you are filled with the urge to help everyone you meet. Imagine if everyone felt this way!
Everyone would start caring for the planet. A person who is so filled with gratitude for the beauty of nature would never intentionally pollute or damage the earth. People would come up with cleaner ways to live with less waste. Looking after our environment would suddenly be more important than anything else we used to think mattered.
Money and manpower that had been funnelled into military policing and self-defense could instead be used for education and health care. No one would be in conflict with anyone else - how could we hurt each other when we are all filled with love? Countries with plenty would share with countries in need. Imagine the entire planet working together to end hunger or to help in times of natural disaster. Those who were already working in science and healthcare could focus on helping the sick and needy...but what if there were less sick and unhappy people now that we are all living with peace in our hearts? The medical community could now focus their talents on those truly in danger or in need.
The artists could paint with joy. The writers and poets and dreamers could create magnificent new work. Age old stories of good vs evil could finally be put to bed.
Life is a magnificent game for us all to enjoy. To learn about everything that there is to learn on this planet and to share that knowledge with others. To be useful and give back through work that brings us fulfillment and joy. To reach out and help those in need. To get out and see the world, to meet new people, to learn new languages, to connect and make friends and play! Together or alone - to live in joy and wonder and gratitude for all that we have. To celebrate and to sing and to dance.
We have been born onto this planet as beautiful souls of light and unconditional Love. What if everyone could accept that we are Love. We are not problems. We are puzzles to be figured out. What if even a few people felt the way I did...and they inspired other people to search for their true selves. The joy and Love might spread at the speed of light.
I think this is the ultimate prize, and it’s possible. It’s possible.
Imagine. We could win the game.
