Understanding the path to individuation

OK…this is a powerful one.  Probably the most concise explanation of transcendence that I’ve ever heard.  Based on the works of Carl Jung, this video presents an in-depth perspective on the true purpose of relationships in our lives. “Through Jung’s lens, every wound is an invitation. An invitation to look inward. A chance to turn pain into understanding, and loss into liberation.”  (Quote from homepage of the creators of this video - Echoes of the Mind)

Whether you are drawn to, or repelled by, labels like Narcissist or Empath (terms that were coined after Carl Jung’s death), please disregard the title of this video as it is not an accurate representation of the content. A more suitable title, based on the truth of my own experience, would be How Darkness and Light Enable Individuation. And, for my fellow skeptics out there, yes, AI was used to construct the videos on this channel. However, the information resonates with truth and illustrates my own journey of individuation - which makes me wish I’d had access to this knowledge years ago.  So, make yourself a cup of tea, open your mind and heart, and soak it in without judgement.  The video covers a lot of ground, so take breaks or come back to it later if you find yourself tuning out.
